we delivered some key business initiatives, including: Data visualisation reports for 3rd parties to understand users’ symptoms and behaviours.
A deep analysis to help the developers of the app understand which content was and was not being used by what type of user (carer, patient, health provider). A beta data environment containing data from multiple sources, including Aurora and DynamoDB to ensure business requirements for roll-out were met.
And finally, we developed a suite of predictive models to identify when a patient might need a soft or hard intervention e.g. failure to take medication results in visit by a carer.
